Rights available to you

You have the following rights under the DPDP Act and applicable data protection law:

Right to access and correct: Request a summary of your data and correction of inaccuracies.
Right to erasure: Seek deletion of data where it is no longer needed or consent is withdrawn.
Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for processing (may limit our ability to provide Services).
Right to grievance redressal: Contact us at info@vpndigitalservice.com. Your grievance will be addressed within 7 working days.
Right to nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

Children under the age of 18

Applications and Services are not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. If detected, it will be deleted immediately.
